Lombard Canada Ltd. on behalf of

Lombard General Insurance Company of Canada,

Lombard Insurance Company, &

The Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Company Ltd.

TO INTRODUCE S.E.F. 43R and S.E.F. 43R(L) TO ITS

COMMERCIAL CLASSES OF BUSINESS.

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS by application received March 30, 2000, Lombard Canada Ltd. on behalf of Lombard General Insurance Company of Canada, Lombard Insurance Company, and The Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Company Ltd., applied to the Board for approval to introduce S.E.F. 43R and S.E.F. 43R(L) to its rating program for Commercial vehicles, and

 

WHEREAS, the Board, after due examination and analysis of the application, finds that it should be approved as filed. 

 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

 

1. Approval be and it is hereby granted Lombard Canada Ltd. on behalf of Lombard General Insurance Company of Canada, Lombard Insurance Company, and The Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Company Ltd. to introduce S.E.F. 43R and S.E.F. 43R(L) to its rating program for Commercial vehicles at a rate of $25 per endorsement.

 

2. The rates approved herein may not be altered or varied by the application of any surcharge or discount which has not been filed with and approved by the Board.

 

3. These rates shall be effective from May 1, 2000 for new business and renewals.
