IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY

Chubb Insurance Company of Canada

TO IMPLEMENT RATES FOR ITS

COMMERCIAL CLASS OF BUSINESS.

 

 

 

 

 

                        WHEREAS, by application received April 4, 2000, Chubb Insurance Company of Canada applied to the Board for approval to adopt the Insurers’ Advisory Organization’s rating program for Commercial vehicles, and 

 

WHEREAS, the Board, after due examination and analysis of the Insurers’ Advisory Organization’s commercial rating program, accepted it for use.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

 

1.           Approval be and it is hereby granted Chubb Insurance Company of Canada to adopt the Insurers’ Advisory Organization’s rating program for commercial vehicles.

 

2.         The rates approved herein may not be altered or varied by the application of any surcharge or discount which has not been filed with and approved by the Board.

 

3.         These rates shall be effective May 1, 2000 for new business.
