TO VARY THE IMPLEMENTATION DATE

OF REVISIONS TO ITS PRIVATE PASSENGER

RATING PROGRAM AS APPROVED IN A.I. 23 (2000-2001)

 

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS by application dated December 21, 2000, Axa Insurance (Canada) on behalf of Insurance Corporation of Newfoundland applied to the Board for approval to vary the implementation date of rates for its private passenger rating program as approved in A.I. 23 (2000-2001), and

 

WHEREAS, the Board after due examination and analysis of the proposed change, finds that it should be approved as requested.

 

 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

 

  1. Approval be and it is hereby granted Insurance Corporation of Newfoundland to amend the implementation dates of its private passenger rating program approved in A.I. 23 (2000-2001) as requested in their application dated December 21, 2000.

 

  1. The rates shall be effective from January 15, 2001 for new business and March 1, 2001 for renewal.
