IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY

Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company

TO IMPLEMENT REVISIONS

TO ITS SNOW VEHICLE RATING PROGRAM

 

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS by application received October 25, 2000, Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company applied to the Board for approval to implement revisions to its snow vehicle rating program to provide for, amongst other things, higher limits for third party liability and SEF 44 coverage, higher amounts of insurance and increases in deductible levels, and

 

WHEREAS, the Board after due examination and analysis of the proposed changes, finds that they should be approved as filed.

 

 


IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

 

  1. Approval be and it is hereby granted Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company to implement revisions to its snow vehicle rating program as outlined in their application dated October 17, 2000, received by the Board on October 25, 2000.

 

  1. These rates shall be effective from November 28, 2000 for new business and for renewal.
