TO IMPLEMENT REVISIONS TO
ITS SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR USE WITH
STANDARD ENDORSEMENT FORMS (SEF's)
FOR ITS MISCELLANEOUS CLASSES OF
BUSINESS
WHEREAS,
by application received May 4, 2000, Unifund Assurance Company applied to the
Board for approval to implement SEF 44 and a $2,000,000 Third Party Liability
limit to its schedule of rates for use with its Miscellaneous classes of
business, and
WHEREAS,
the Board, after due examination and analysis of the proposed revisions, finds
that they should be approved as filed.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:
1. Approval
be and it is hereby granted Unifund Assurance Company for the implementation of
SEF 44 and a $2,000,000 Third Party Liability limit to its Schedule of Rates
for use with its Miscellaneous classes of business.
2. These
revisions shall be effective June 15, 2000 for new business and August 1, 2000
for renewals.
