The application of 83651 Newfoundland & Labrador Inc. for a Motor Carrier Certificate to provide the following service: IRREGULAR SPECIALTY AMBULANCE SERVICE for the transportation of persons requiring medical attention or under medical care upon the request of a medical doctor or registered nurse from Barrd Islands, Cape Cove, Change Islands, Deep Bay, Fogo, Fogo Island Centre, Hare Bay (Fogo Island), Island Harbour (Fogo Island), Joe Batts Arm, Little Seldom, Man O War Cove, Sandy Cove, Notre Dame Bay, Seldom, Shoal Bay and Stag Harbour to any hospital, nursing home, first aid station or home for senior citizens and upon the specific request of a medical doctor, registered nurse or a police officer between any two points within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. is approved and a Motor Carrier Certificate will be issued upon receipt of proof of public passenger automobile insurance in the name of 83651 Newfoundland & Labrador Inc. on the vehicle(s) to be used, in accordance with the Certificate of Insurance.
