IRREGULAR SPECIALTY AMBULANCE SERVICE for the transportation of persons requiring medical attention or under medical care upon the request of a medical doctor or registered nurse from Clarke’s Beach, Makinsons, South River, Salmon Cove, North River, Bareneed, Port de Grave, Country Road, Bay Roberts, Shearstown, Spaniard’s Bay, Tilton, Cupids, Marysvale, Georgetown, Brigus, Coley’s Point, Hibbs Cove, Butlerville, French’s Cove, Roaches Line, Halls Town, Hodgewater Line, Ocean Pond, Brigus Junction, Bishop’s Cove, Bryant’s Cove, Upper Island Cove, Harbour Grace South, Riverhead, Harbour Grace, Bristol’s Hope, Carbonear, Freshwater, Victoria, Perry’s Cove, Blow me Down, Cupids Crossing, Goulds Road, and Turks Water to any hospital, nursing home, first aid station or home for senior citizens and upon the specific request of a medical doctor, registered nurse or a police officer between any two points within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

is approved and an amendment to Collins’ Ambulance Service Ltd.’s Motor Carrier Certificate will be issued upon receipt of proof of public passenger automobile insurance in the name of Collins’ Ambulance Service Ltd. on the vehicle(s) to be used, in accordance with the Certificate of Insurance.
