is approved and a Motor Carrier Certificate will be issued upon receipt of proof of public passenger automobile insurance in the name of Penney’s Ambulance Service Inc. on the vehicle(s) to be used, in accordance with the Certificate of Insurance.

is approved and a Motor Carrier Certificate will be issued upon receipt of proof of public passenger automobile insurance in the name of Southern Shore Ambulance Service Ltd. on the vehicle(s) to be used, in accordance with the Certificate of Insurance.
